Unprofessional attitude of Mr. B.Kumar PA to CMD of Overnight Express Ltd

Hi...

Have booked a document through Overnight Express Courier vide document number 300789040 dated 27th Aug `09 for JAIPUR from Noida. It was supposed to be delivered on 28th. Today I contacted their Head Office to know the status. Mr. Naveen employee of Overnight told that this got dispatched to JASPUR in place of Jaipur, where as on Receipt JAIPUR is written there.

I contacted Mr. B. Kumar who is supposed to be PA to CMD of company what all efforts were in... due to unprofessional attitude of Employees.

Now seriously planning to move to Consumer Court so that same thing should not happen with others.

Don't know who is the CMD and what short of TEAM... is having. Great JOB done by his Employees.
