I am sorry to inform you that your bank has reported my name to CIBIL on 31-01-09. The information I got from CIBIL as follows

In best of my knowledge I had no dues at that time. However excess amount of Rs 338.00 has been deposited towards the card payment in the month of September. The excess has not been returned yet.
I request you to kindly go through this matter and take necessary action to solve the mater.
