We have already cleared our loan, yet we are harased by the bank employee asking whether, we have cleared the loan or not.
What type of procedure do you follow that, you don't have complete knowledge / detail of your customer.
we were asked to scan and the money recipt, this should be done by the the bank employee, not by the customer.
