Sub:- Complain against your call centre.
Dear Sir,
We are please to inform you that I have already made complain against your call centre calling which complain letter enclose with it dt 25-07, also mailed on your mail id [email protected] but not any reply found.
Today also your call centre employee Mr. Mehtab calling me on my mobile no 9414168273 by the following numbers 01244735200, 01244735300 continuously three times between 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM . He told very rudely, nuisancely. Which recording also at your call centre and I have also. He harassed me and also threaten me.
Today also I went at city branch and discussed with their collection manager Mr. Jain and he discussed with their Officer at Dehli. This person making bad image of your company and this type of calling likely to be Criminal recovery.
Your this fact is against the terms & conditions of business like unfair practice. You will take action against that nuisance otherwise I will file recovery suits and criminal breach of trust proceeding in the appropriate forum.
The copy of this mail keep with us in our office record for the purpose of evidence present in future court and police station regarding legal proceeding and take action against you.
So please reply me regarding this complain urgently. Otherwise I will have to charge case against you in Criminal Proceeding and Civil in appropriate court and Police station.
