Sub:- Complain against your call centre.
Dear Sir,
We are please to inform you that I have taken personal loan through my account no 10988893 since Feb. Till that my payment are continue. Recently only July month installment due only.
Yesterday, dt. 24-07, Your call centre employee Mr. Mehtab calling me on my mobile no 9414168273 by the following numbers 0124476 01244735400, 01244762100, 01244762300, 01244735300 continuously seven times between 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM . He told very rudely and make too much nuisance. Which recording also at your call centre and I have also. He harassed me and also threaten me. I request him try to pay within this month otherwise will be in first week of next month. But he is too badly reply me, ” I forget my amount or opened a charity a/c, You have not any image there”, “ you meet to local branch manager, what can he do, also he said me too much bad wording which is also feel shame to say you. This person making bad image of your company and this type of calling likely to be Criminal recovery. This person having already complains hear in market, he made this type of nuisance with everybody.
Today I went to your local Udaipur branch and meet to your representative in collection centre and complain it, they also discussed at your call centre but not any result there.
Your this fact is against the terms & conditions of business like unfair practice. You will take action against that nuisance otherwise I will file recovery suits and criminal breach of trust proceeding in the appropriate forum.
The copy of this mail keep with us in our office record for the purpose of evidence present in future court and police station regarding legal proceeding and take action against you.
So please reply me regarding this complain within seven days. Otherwise I will have to charge case against you in Criminal Proceeding and Civil in appropriate court and Police station.
