How to get personal loan

Dear sir

i am working as a project asistant under DRDO project in nit kurukshetra.

this project is of three year. iam getting 12000 HRA/- per month in scholarship.

i went to my college sbi branch for personal loan of 100000/-.

but they reject to give me any loan. sir, i need the money very urgently for my sister marriage.

i can pay the bigger installments too.

plz help me to get any loan.

i need it very badly
