my loan A/c number is 198579. for a huge loss in business, I had to stop all business activities and became a defaulter to pay the EMIs. my account was settled mutually and I arranged to pay off the settlement amount in three shots. the details of the cheques are given below. the bank statement shows that the cheques were duly cleared. but still Ihave recieved no NOC from your side, but a letter of arbitration stating that the account is still alive but not closed. Please take necessary action and send me back the unused cheques and Noc.
