EMI : 11827.00
This mail is to bring to your notice that the first EMI amount 11827.00 for the month of May has been already deducted from my account. Further i see that Citibank has tried to debit my account again in the month of May for the second time on 21 May which is not acceptable (However the transaction was not successful as i had insufficient funds in my account and was charged 225 ruppees towards bounce from my Banker).
Citibank is misusing the power of ECS authorisation on the customers accounts and presenting the ECS cheque as and when they like.
I want a reply from you bloody people for trying to debit my account second time for the month of May when already my account has been debited on 8 May.
Further, Iam getting reminders from Citibank for not paying my EMI for the month of May which really sucks. Going forward, I have been calling the customer care officers to request them on to investigate on the issue and to communicate my voice to Citibank to not to debit my account twice in a month. The following officers has picked my call 1.Nagendra Singh Kisha called on 22 May
2.Chinchu Ravidran called on 26 May
None of these officers were willing to provide the information to the customer and they are shouting at the customers instead of finding ways to resolve the issue.
This is really pathetic service being provided by Citibank. I will educate my Friends and colleagues to not to have relationship with Citibank. I feel HDFC and ICICI banks are good banks providing better service than Citibank.
I want Citibank to jump into this issue and see to that my account is not debited twice in a month and only once the ECS presentation happens in my account and also the Bouce charges that has been levied by my banker should be reduced in the next EMI as the EMI was wrongly presented by CITIBANK.Please provide and update on this issue.
