Let me know the status of the loan

I appliled the HDFC personal loan thro Mr. Kumar of Sales officer of HDC madipakkam branch on 10.09.08. I have received the call twice from your Bank that loan has been sanctioned. But there is not credit in my account. I have contacted so manytime to your office and Mr. Kumar. But no response as on date. Today I contacted your costumer service thro phone and they gathered all details from me but no proper reply or reponse. Now I want to know the status of my loan.(My loan Ref No. is 13792213

Pl. do the needful immediately.
