I have taken personal loan from your bank, my loan account no: LPHYD00010902601.I HAD PAID MY SEP'2008 EMI to your collection agent on 24-09-08 for amount of 15082 in cash.he has issued me your bank's genuine receipt with ICICI bank logo, and receipt no printed on that is: T 0708 L 1401 only, remaing portion of receipt he has cut it off. As i was in hurry to attend my duty, i had not checked throughly the receipt no. at that time.
regarding this issue many a times i have visited your branch at saifabad with original receipt and given complaint, and i have submitted photo copy of receipt. Also i have given photo copy to yuor collection agents later when they came to collect the later installments. But nobody is solving my problem, and i am getting messages from you, showing that SEP-08 EMI is due.
so please resolve my issue at the erliest. ALSO I REQUEST YOU TO SEND LATEST UPDATED STATEMENT OF MY LOAN
