Personal loan (top up loan last3years
December two time ECS deducted

Sir,

Iam your customer for the past 3 years. Intially i took consumer loand the it is top up for the last 3 years.

Last October i took Rs.23000/- topup loans and THE EMI is Rs2300/- Now this month EMI two time deducted one is Rs. Rs2300 and another is Rs.1567/- Kindly refund the same and necessary action please.

Further last two time when i took top up you are not send my old checqe it is lying with you and this time also not send loand account no and instalment details. I request you to send the same
