I had taken a personal loan with the above said number in June and the same stands repaid as on June. Prior to this personal loan, I had also taken a two-wheeler loan through Associates India Fin. Services Ltd. At the time of sanction of this personal loan, two instalments of the two wheeler loan were remaining and those instalments were adjusted against this personal loan. Therefore, that two-wheeler loan already stood repaid. But I have not yet been granted “No dues Certificate” in respect of my two-wheeler loan, when it should automatically have been granted upon repayment of the same. Resultantly, the Registration Certificate of my two-wheeler [DL-7S V-8959] still bears the hypothecation endorsement.
It is, therefore, requested that a “No Dues Certificate” or any other necessary papers in this regard may please be issued to me so as to enable me to get the hypothecation endorsement removed from the RC since the two-wheeler loan already stands repaid and this personal loan too has been repaid fully without any default.
It is worth mentioning that I had already lodged my complaints several times through the customer care number and I have also written a letter on 29.05. but no action has yet been taken.
I think, this time I am not mistaken and would get some positive response.
