i have taken for pan card form from your authorised service centre there siting people demand for 2 formRs . 10 rs for pan card form but you have mention for your form for genreral information obtain PAN application form from IT PAN service centre (managed by UTTTSL), PAN application form may be issued at free of cost (so this information aware for that people) but not agree and he strictaly demand for Rs. 10 form cost.
