Sorry for delay but I would like to inform you that i was booked Household Goods from Ghaziabad (UP) to Durgapur (W.B.) through
m/s Ruchi Packer & Mover vide lorry receipt no.331 dated 12.10.2009.
I have received the goods at Durgapur on 19.11.2009 after one month above and following goods are short
delivered by the transporter. The details are under below :-
1.LG TELEVISION===========8000.00
2.COMPUTER (HP)==========25000.00
3.EXIDE BATTERY INVERTOR=11000.00
4.TATA SKY SETBOX========2000.00
5.SINGLE BED GADDA======1000.00
6.OTHERS DAMAGED=======10000.00
TOTAL LOSS OF VALUE APPROX RS.60, 000 (RS.SIXTY THOUSAND).
The original LR copy & shortage letter undersigned by Driver are kept me. At our end try to resolve the matter but Transporter not
respond and ready to sattlement at any cost.
Kindly help me so that I can recover my loss and take legal action against such type of Transporter to haras the people.
