Wrong Deduction of Balance

Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm Tanumoy Chanda from shyamnagar. My mobile no. is 9804871584. I had 37 rupees balance in my a/c on 21/04 but the very nest day it was deducted why i don't know I'm asking so many time at your customer care executive but they didn't guide me as well. And today the same thing has happening with me now this time the 54 rupees balance has been deducted & still now your customer care peoples are not shot me out from this problem.

So i request you to do the needful as soon as possible.
