Now their claims agent is asking the money for the delivery of my winning is it leagal. The refrence No. of Peugeot Automible Lottery REFERENCE NUMBER is PGA/12058006/06. SECRET PIN CODE: PGA00111234. on 31th October.

Kindly guide me should I pay the amount to get my winning.
