PF amount not received

Respected sir/Madam,

I have sent my filled PF form to the R.P.F.C office on 14-02 with acknowledgement receipt.

till today i did not receive anything from your side even acknowledgement card also.

my E.P.F No. is UP/14600/1300. I was the employee of Autometers Alliance Ltd from the period 2008.

Kindly consider this mail as a request and do the needfull. am awaiting for your valuable response.
