Withdrawal of PF

Dear sir,

I have applied for PF withdrawal in the month of feb.'09 but till date i have not been able to see the status & after telephone enquiry i am getting the massage that your PF withdrawal form is not recieved i have the copy of reciept of acknowledgement from Employees Provident Fund Organisation, kukatpally, Hyderabad. So pls see the matter & do the needful.
