PF AMOUNT NOT RECEIVE

I have submitted My PF withdrawal form in the month of 6th May but still I have not received the any amount, and in Website (Claim Status Information) it shows RECEIVED ON 29.07.2011 in under process but I have already submitted in 06 Th May

And now it’s already more than 5 months.

If I Have already submitted in 06th May and it shows 29.07.2011 so please let me know why is it so?

Why it’s so delay?

So please let me know the Actual Process with Reason

And now how much long I suppose to wait for the same?
