Egarding PF Withdrawal

I worked for Covansys Chennai during 03 and now i applied for my PF Closure with PF Number TN/30027/4322 during the month of May'08 with my Hyderabad address. Now i shifted to Chennai. I don't know how i have to get my PF in my present address. please help me on this.
