Sub: PF Office delaying transfer

I have applied for PF transfer to PF office in August

old pf A/c No PF account no: DL/9338/152

New PF account no: DL/34334/177

My Name is Darshna pal and my old pf no was DL/9338/152, and new No is DL/34334/177, i have submitted my pf transfer form No-13 dt. 25.08.2008. but till date my pf amount not transfer into my new pf A/c DL/34334/177. It has been really sad to know that EPF office did not transfer PF fund for more than 6 months.

The law has already provided for the penalty for the delay. If the matter is not resolved here, I will not hesitate to go to court of law.

Moreover EPF website is not having complete information. The email id mentioned there are not correct, mails are bouncing from the id. No information about the vigilance department is provided on the website.
