Dear Sir/Madam,
This is highlight the grievance againt my request of withdrawal of fund from my PF account (PF A/c # DL/19961/5700).
The request was given in June. After six months two cheques were send but due to some issue were not credited to my account.
My employer (Citi Financial Consumer Finance India Ltd.) re-submitted the application on 27-June to re-issue the cheques. Till today it is not done.
I have been trying to follow-up on my case by calling customer care/enquiry numbers since last three months but all in-vain.
I am really frustrated now and want the account to be settled as early as possible.
Kindly look into my case on priority and resolve the same.
