With due respect I (B.Varahababu, P.F.No-MH/31367/154) beg to state that I worked in M/S.Ballapur Industries limited unit, Bhigwar, Indhapur Taluka, pune district, Maharastra state for the period of 10years that is 13th Sep 1996 to 26th Oct. I left my service and cancelled P.F. same time and received my P.F. in June. I didn’t get any family pension scheme or certificate from your office till date. My date of birth is 1st July 1953 that is 59 years. So please start my monthly family pension as early as possible.
