DSL instability in broadband connectiion

I am using broadband service of BSNL. Since past 2 months I have encountered a problem with it. It used to be disconnecting frequently every day. I am a doctor by profession in the field of medical research at PGIMS, Rohtak. I have to do most of my work through internet. I had come through lots of difficulty because of my broadband connection. I had complaint it previously last month. It had been rectified and there were no problem for 10 -15 days. But, again it occurs, and the problem is instability of DSL line. I had complained to SDO of my telephone line, he said it’s a problem of stability of DSL and no fault is there in my phone line. Then I complained in broadband deptt. and they had rectified it but again this problem occurs.

It has not corrected yet fully and I am suffering because of this. Kindly consider this and do the needful.
