1.I have open a current A/C no. 8270/307/2899 in your Rohtak Branch (Haryana) on 4-6. Bank has been issued me a cheaque book also.
2. Sir, I had given a cheaque no.975051 to my clint Mr. yoginder singh R% sonipat (mobile no. 09466849263)
3. Sir, My above said clint submitted the cheaque in central bank of India, kharkhoda (sonipat) branch for CLG. In CLG my cheaque was failed because my sign record was not on the computer. This all happen due to not scan my sign in compter by Rohtak branch.
4. I and my above said customer went to Rohtak Branch on 13-6 to know the reason behind all this happening. We have told there by Mr. solanki (C.A. OF BRANCH) that your signature was not scanned due to lack of staff and also advised me not to give any cheaque out of Rohtak for next 7 to 10 days.
5. Sir, it is a rule and should be done according to law that when bank open a account and issue a cheaque book to his clint then sign of account holder should be scan and put in computer record immediately.
6. Sir, It is a total blunder of Rohtak Branch and it will be harmful for your bank reputation.
7. Sir, my customer sufferd by physically and mentally and also angry with me I had paid my customer Rs.- for his travel expense.
8. Sir, it is a great serious problem create by Rohtak branch and it effect my bussniess image very badly because when amount of cheaqe is present in my account and due to blunder of Rohtak branch my cheaque was disownerd. total liability of all this has Rohtak branch.
9. Sir, I request you to scanned and put my signature in computer record immediately.
10.Sir, for maintain my bussniess image I gave Rs. 1, 50, 000/- by self cheaqe of my account to my customer.by giving amount by self cheaqe Bank has subtract Rs.100/- from my account.
11. Sir, my totally loss of my amout is Rs. 2100/- and my request you to submit this amuont in my account.
12. Sir, I am informing you by reqest if you will not take any response as accordance to justice then I will go to the court for justice.
