I Buyed a Philips Go Gears Mp3 player 4 GB about 3 months ago.
It got dead with 2 months and got struct on the very first screen
I was really dishearted that i must have gone with Apple
I given it to service center for repairing & one month has been passed i didnt get back my mp3 player
The service center is saying that the product will be replaced & currently they not having same 4gb product as my model is new one
Well thats my fault i buyed a new product
I buyed a philips product first time & wont be recommending in future even not to others.
I want to plz take against why the process has taken so long 7 still taking time.
