I have bought Philips TV Model Num-29PT5507/94 in Aug-08.TV is still in guarantee period and i launched a complaint on 04.03.09 as my TV is not functioning properly but nothing is happening.
A technician has reached at my palce on 05.03.09 and said that the part is not available.
I want to compalin that this TV is not old and i have bought only 6 month back and the part is not available.
I called up customer care but they dont have anything except they are doing the needful. The complain registration number is 154549.
I want solution for this and i want philips to resolve it on urgent basis.
