My name is pradnyawant from Maharastra.
I had bought WP3890 last year 25th july. I had replaced my old filter with the new one.
However after replacement when I started the power on button, purifier never “POWERed ON”,
No lights were glowing, I had lodged a complaint on 29th June regarding this with Philips Cust care.
Complaint No is: J 4122 6092 7000 808.
Only once the technician has come and went back saying that “He needs to replace some part”,
Nobody has turned up since then even after consistent follow up. Its almost 23 days now with this issue? Philips cust service seems very poor.
Kindly provide me proper contacts with whom I can talk, so that this can be solved ASAP, as my warranty is expiring on 25th July.
