Non delivery and cheating while doing credit card transanction

I got call from India today book club personnel on 24th July. i was told that i was short listed for one offer in which i was supposed to get 1 Phillips home theatre system worth rs 10000 absolutely free. i was only needed to pay the handling charges i.e rs 598. and the order will be delivered in 3 weeks time. when i did the transaction through the gateway (ivrs) announced rs 598 would be deducted. but in actual it deducted rs 7598 from the credit card account. after 4 days i got a sms regarding the booking (order no etc).

when i asked why i was cheated like this there was no response from the company.i wanted to cancel the order which was also not done by the company. its been more than 7 weeks till now neither i've got the delivery nor my money is refunded.
