We brought a philips food processor from Kholsa Electronics... a few days ago (18.9.09).on that day we were informed via sms that within 48 hours their executive would come to our place to show us a demonstration of the product.till then we were instructed not to open the box of the phliups food processor.we are waiting eagerly for there arrival... but of no use... till now they cant send an executive and open our product.today they called us and told that their executive would come today at 6pm... but till now (7.30)... they are showing no positive response.moreover their helpline (1860-180-1111) cant help us ..they are also unable to say surely when would they send their executive.we cant use the product... just look at the cartoon... so please sir it would be of great if you kindly look into this matter and help us as quickly as possible.
