Dear Sir,

Sub: Reimbursement of Amount Rs. 190.00

When I taking this sim rate per call is Rs. 0.79 paise./per minute call. As per your message on 01.07.2008 (tripl offer) 03.35 p.m., I recharged in your airtel dealer in udupi Rs.198/- on 02.07.08 at 6.29 p.m. ur transID 1535733568, as per that all mobile calls at 50 paise and 2 year validity is there. 2 year validity means from 02.07.2008 to 2 years ends on 02.07.2010. This is used by my mummy, she does not know how to operate mobile, if we calls from outside to that mobile she only answering from that mobile she knows. In their house only my father & mother living. They are aged persons, That’s why to know about their health we used to talk with them through this mobile. For sometimes my mother out of station she gone to her sons place. That time we taken out sim from mobile set. That time in sim nearly Rs.197/- is there. After when she came back we put sim to mobile, that time we found only Rs.0.25 paise is in sim. Validity extended from 02.07.2010 to 07.12. call charge is changed from 0.50 paise per minute call to 0.01 paise per second. We taken sim from mobile set, we didn’t asked any changes about that sim. But changes made by u people. About changes when we contacted customer care one time one person talking, another time another person talking, they says we will see, & wants to take some time. Finally they says not any amount taken from this sim.(no. 9740936368) when we gone to ur airtel dealer in udupi to ask about that amount they says they does not know anything about that, only u contact customer care. Customer Care means customers satisafaction, but sir ur customer care people does not helps me in this matter. Sir that’s why I mailing this to u sir, please u enquire thoroughly about the matter, and please helps us by reimbursing the amount Rs.190.00 from that my aged mother, father can use the sim. From this sim we lose more amount than we called, we are poor people, so please help us by reimbursing the amount Rs.190.00

I says Airtel is best in taking custome care, when compared to others like vodaphone, reliance, idea etc., that’s why we used Only Airtel. Sir please help us by reimbursing the Amount Rs.190.00, We promise u sir hereafterwards we use the sim continuously without break. If we not used sim, please inform us by mailing a letter if any changes made from ur side.
