Net4 .com (phonwala) distributor in dehradun charges high rate for recharge coupon in the name of company net4.com. the actual price of 5000/- voip card is Rs. 5712/-but he is charging Rs.6752/-and for all these transaction he never gives bill to anybody.we are helpless as he is the only distributor and this is only service of voip card, which is available here in dehradun. i, m amazing why net4.com is remain quite and blind as he knows everything about it.he used to charge 33% service tax for all these calling cards instead of 12% .a very shame full act in the name of net4.com (phonewala.)
