I am Zubair Iqbal resident of Bhopal is very unsatisfied with Phonic Gas Agency from last one year. My customer ID 505398 of HP Gas. This is to bring in notice that Phonic Gas Agency is not providing customer satisfaction. Whenever i call to to book the Gas Cylinder they do not pick the call & even if they do so they misbehave with my wife and disconnects the call. Always my wife has to call Government Service Department to book the Cylinder that delays the process of booking cycle of 21 days. we got the last cylinder on 18 january by Phonic Gas agency. i tried a lot to contact them to renew my booking 7 feb to 18 feb to book the Gas Cylinder but no on e pick ups the call, then forcedly i had to call the customer service department on 18 feb they booked my cylinder n when i called them today on 26 Feb for the cylinder Phonic Gas Agency Officer replied my wife to give cylinder after 3 days with very misbehaving attitude,
Sir, our last working LPG Gas Cylinder was finished on 21 Feb and we are with no LPG yet.
its my humble request yo take instant action on Phonic Gas Agency, Inderpuri, Bhopal (M.P)
