Third Class Customer Service

I am Narendra from Faridabad, purchased a Su-Kam inverter in 8 january and after 3 month in april its battery goes down, battery backup became 10 munite. I called the customer care. after one week one engineer came in 23 april and checked inverter and bettery and told they will change bettery in 48 hours, but today is 29 april no one came to change my bettery, I am calling daily to the customer care. it is really a third class customer care service
