Myself Saheb Sen. I have placed an order (Order ID - PIC229231945515) with picsquare.com of tea coasters on 7th April at 1.06 AM (Saturday). I have sent 4 different photos through e mail at 1.09AM on 7th April. But on Monday they have sent a mail that photos are already printed without checking the mails on Saturday. I called on Monday to change the pictures but Uma (customer care) (08041674142) told that the pictures are already printed. When I explained all the things (dates & times) she accepted her mistake and committed to send another 4 coasters with all the four photos free of cost. I waited for 2 weeks for the product. I called up again on 28th April but customer care told that she has spoken to her boss & he/she told to ignore the same as it is small issue & will not transfer the call to the seniors as they have other wor
Please provide a resolution of this same at the earliest.
