Knobs and sorrounding Frame got burnt

Dear Sirs,

We had purchased the above mentioned Gas Stove on 10th FEB from Supreme Electricals & Home Appliances 91, Super Market, GULBARGA.

Till 1st may, 08 we had not used.

On using on 2nd May, 08, the right side Knob and sorrounding portion got burnt immediately within few minutes.

On showing the problem to the above to the Vendor, he asked us to come back after few days.

On meeting him on after lapse of 6 days (on 23rd may.08) we have noticed that he has only replaced the pipe,

but woulds not give new replacements as the black spot around the knobs and burnt labels (including the Serial no) are as they are.

He is not agreeing to replace and says that there is no gaurantee for this stove.

Hence we request your kind office to instruct him to provide free replacement.

the Serial no is available on our Warranty Card is 43688.

Owing to his rude behaviour If you cannot help us with replacement,

we have no alternate but to seek help with consumer's Forum.
