has we visited the patnitop @ pinic spot new khadi board corporation near nag temple patnitop

p/o kud, shop 77 and there we purchase the set of chingu and other blanket we paid there 800 hundred rs and they told as that we will get the suff buy 2 feb i revcd the parcel on 12 feb and i paid teh my rest of teh amt to the post office Rs 6090/- then i call them and i said that wht booking of the material i have done i have not recvd then they said we will call you back but no call from there end then i call them and i ask that where my material so they said we are again dispating but till date i have not revcd the my stuff today is 8 mar i spoke to them and they always say that there is heavy ice fall so it is getting delay... now he said that in next five day i will recvd the stuff in case if i dont revcd the stuff wht should i do... that y i complaining to you that you can help me to solve the problem or get my money back... hope you will get back to me on my cell no... 09096100010 with positive feedback...
