Dacaiting money from the students

Hello!! my name is keshav rathod and i made my younger brother's admission in the self financed college last year in physiotherapy through the committee of govt. now as the first year is completed i have come to say that the services just sucks. they always are in the chance of looting money from the students. as they have made their rules like these:- students from outside have to live in their hostel compulsory and have to pay for timeline in which he wasnt even admitted in college. they take money in advance for hostel. their hostel sucks. the limit is that the teachers who teach them they are homeopathic teachers. they are just cheating and loots money..

i want to know dont the govt keep some standards in such colleges. his career is sucked by this dacaits. i want this college should not be in the list in this year for admission so the other students might not feel such atyaachaar from such colleges..

i have come to know that they specially call some teachers from outside when there is inspection in my brother's college

take an action plz for sake of the career of these students
