My mobile no. 7399175755. I have recharged Rs.333/- on 16th July and used some Rs.70-80/- . However, on 20th July I was in roaming but after coming back in my network I found that the balance is rs. 0.01.

Please resolve this matter and return my lost balance which is around Rs. 250-270/-
