Purchse of four burner gas stove

We have purchased four burner black italian surface (top quality) gas stove on 15 march of PLANNET (manufactured by Associated Appliances ltd, Faridabad) from their local dealer but from the day one, it is not functioning well. Inspite of our repeated complaints, neither any representative from the dealer or from their service centre is comming to rectify the problem.
