Dear Sir :- Have brought a Planet 4 burner glass top from Nagpur, Maharashtra. Before using the same have been transferred to Goa, while using it now am finding a huge leakage from the system. Have been following up with the RSM of the Company (Mr. Vasant Joshi & Mr. Patel) for the last 3 months now but the issue is yet to be resolved.
Am terrified by the such service levels and more importantly by the responses.
Can i have the instrument repaired/replaced at the earliest pls.
