i always believe in quality and accountibility. But it seems your courier company doesnot have that quality.1 of my parcel came from chennai and suppose to deliver on 30 th sept. but till today that 7 th october i have not yet received. i telephoned to your customer care 5 times but without any result. Because i committed to a patient to operate on 3 rd october i could not as equipments laying with u.so i am planning to file a case against u r operation manager kharvel nagar branch bhubaneswar as u r not delivering material in time. my consignment no is 242970826
