I had ordered a product called XCM MEGA COOL VGA BOX from Play-asia.com (one of the best online game shopping sites on the internet) worth 80 dollars. after 15 days, I received a play-asia box with a piece of cloth manufactured in India with a label of some swami on it. It was a brand new cloth weighing almost the same weight as the product would have been. I told the courier boy to let me open it first and then sign. But he refused and did not give the parcel. So I had to sign. When I opened the box, I was all shattered, shocked and frustrated with no product but a filthy looking cloth in the package. It was the biggest horror of my life. My money was gone, the courier guy was gone and I was left with nothing but a piece of cloth, some bits of the thermocol packing and a play-asia box. I feel ashamed to even ask play-asia people about this, because they will laugh at the plight at of our country and what happens here with the parcel packages. Is there any limit to this corruption in our postal dept? Is this going on swiftly without any action? Who will catch these culprits? Who will listen to me? Who will pay my refund? All questions are unanswerable. I asked a postman about it. He simply said better not to purchase online. This is all very common. I am really shocked by this incident and feel ashamed of my own countrymen. Please suggest towards any action that I may take against this. How can I prove this theft? When I approached a neighbour of mine who is in customs dept., he simply said, you should not have opened it. But tell me one thing, how does it make sense? How can I know what's inside, when I could not have opened it! Is this the way the postal dept is fooling and robbing us of our goods? Who will answer all these questions and pay my refund? I will do anything needed to bring these evil people to shame who are making my country dirty of their dirty jobs. I will not let these people thrive and make merry and get away so easily. I want to create an example for such corrupt people so that no one ever dares to open anyone else's parcel in future or cast bad eyes on it. Please suggest what should be my course of action.
