Payment made but NOC Still pending

Dear sir,

My self Umesh Mokhria i have taken a PL vide your file no . 8760823, due to some reason i could not made the payment, then i got a call from your collection agency Named " Quick Action " and they setteled my account at Rs 25000/-, I have recd a letter from citifinancial also for the same, I had deposited the Amount of Rs 25000/- in three installments to collection agency vide reciept no 90598-01171 dated 16/05/07 for Rs 5000/-, Reciept no 90598-01305 dated 29/06/07 for Rs 5000 /- and vide reciept no. 90598-01198 dated 11/07/07 for Rs 15000/- by cash.

But still i have not recd my NOC and collection excutives are visiting my house and harrasing me and my family ..

You are requested to look in the matter and do the nedful to issue the NOC..
