High expensive of SMS

I am Deaf, so can not hear. I can send only sms. One year ago, a business man told me that

LOCAL... 30paisa, (vodafone to vodafone-30paisa, vodafone to others-1/-)

STD... 1/-(vodafone to vodafone-1/-, vodafone to others-2/-) and ISD... 3/-.

But, Now I am surprised that LOCAL..(vodafone to vodafone-1/-, vodafone to others-2/-),

STD-(vodafone to vodafone-2/-, vodafone to others-3/-)and ISD-5/-!!!

Why is the expensive

??? Or you wanted to cheated me??? Please arrange very soon... If you do not arrange, then I will leave the sim card of Vodafone and will take sim card of Airtel..
