Sir/Madam,
I have transfered Rs. 6000 ICICI Bank to PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK with RBI Reference No.106812333.
ICICI said fund has been successfully our side. PNB said return fund this RBI Reference No.106812333 and A/C no. 1398000100337 is not exist of PNB. I have very sad both response because any one are not helping me.
I have lot of calls (more then 100) called ICICI bank call center 9890478000 and PNB house Mumbai 022-22627518 and 022-22627519, also sent fax PNB house (022-22673797). I have meet pesonal both bank branch.but any one not given result. I had called PNB house (022-22627519) previews monday at 2.00PM they said "we are refund your amount today" but not transfer then I had again called last Friday at 12.30 pm. They said "we are refund your amount today" but I have not got. Realy very bad people of PNB.They are not recieving call if receive call then waiting and waiting. I have lose Rs.500 only in call.
Please help me Sir/Madam?

Sir, I want know about Payment Id 0106812333 details becuase this transfer same a/c no. and a/c is invalid. I have complained ICICI Bank call center (request no is SR109302459) said payment success but PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK said "a/c is invalid so we can't do any think".
Please give me details of payment. where is my money right now?
