My name is Raman Shukla. I am one of your policy holder (P no. P/161100/01/002002).

I was hospitalized from 13/05/09 to 15/05/09 in Metroplus Hospital Najafgarh. Dr Karwa (from Star Health) was visited in hospital for investigation.

I had already courier all the required document but did not receive any response.
