Statement of premium

I have remited due premium for the month of Auguest 2009 & January as two my half yearly permium for the policy No:693652255 for the amount of 9000/-(nine thousand only) including fine through my agent bearing the code No:0143769c.but till now it was not remited to my policy.

since now i am residing at Andaman & Nicobar Islands i have submited my premium amount to agents bank account first week of Aprail but after that the agent is not responding me or my phone.
