Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Jins Jose, from Kerala. I am one of the customer of Polar Mistral wall fan. My Fan’s warranty/guaranty is over. Presently my fan has 2 complaints by the fracturing of the neck of my fan. Those complaints are given below.
1. Fan can not be able for rotation.
2. Fan’s motor and the stand is separated.
I am facing difficulties for getting these spare parts from my nearest shops. I am ready to pay the price of these spare parts and the service charges for removing these complaints of my fan.
