I am a broad band connection holder with a land line NO.04812471887 (Under mamood exchange in Kottayam district) and Mobile No.9447597535. It has been 20 days, my broad band connection had been disconnected. I have intimated the authority about the complaints. But till this time, they haven't repaired the same. Hence, I would like to request you to cut down the monthly charges since the broadband facility has not been entertained by me or the current BSNL broadband connection may be disconnected for ever. I do not like to continue with your connection. Hence speedy steps may be taken at the earlist.
